3 cups fresh blackberries, rinsed
3 cups milk
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup sugar
4 large egg yolks, room temperature
Prepare the gelato custard. Puree the blackberries using a blender. Add the blackberry puree to the cool custard and stir. Make the blackberry gelato using your ice cream machine. And that's it!
