Organic Tropical Sorbet
Sometimes just a couple of days back at work or at school are enough to make us dream of summer again! My organic tropical sorbet is perfect to recall those days at the beach! And it’s so simple you’ll want to do it even when you’re on vacation.
Ingredients
3 cups mixed tropical fruits
½ - 2/3 cup organic agave nectar
Just puree the fruit with the agave nectar using an electric blender. Pour the puree into your ice cream machine and let the machine do its work. After 20-25 minutes you’ll be tasting a tropical paradise, wherever you are!
Tips
I used Trader Joe’s tropical fruit trio: mango, papaya, pineapple

We still have beach weather so that sorbet would be such a great treat. Looks delicious.
Yum!
The Sorbet looks very refreshing. Your bathing suit matches your sorbet!
Hi! Thank you for the comments!
I go to Trader Joe's when I go South the border. I wish we had it here in Canada.
About being slim, it's genetics and portion control I guess ;)

El sorbet es lo único que me gusta dentro de los postres helados, me encanta, es ligero y fresco, mejor si le pones un poco de cava, es sensacional.
Exquisito postre, creo que debes comer mas, estas delgado ;-).
Un abrazo.

Lately I've been seeing agave nectar in more and more recipes. I'm not familiar with it but I'm assuming you use it in lieu of sugar, yes? I'm going to look for it at our supermarket. I've heard that it's better than sugar for diabetics. We're not diabetic but some of our friends are and it's hard to find a suitable dessert to serve when they are dinner guests.
By the way, your tropical sorbet looks divine - very beautiful colors.
